Senior Corporate Recruiter (ENG), de functie

Astorium is looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter for 38,5 hours per week for an international organization nearby Amsterdam. This concerns a perm position. Our client is a well-known fast growing organization that plays a major role in the mobility sector.

As a Senior Recruiter you are responsible for further developing and implementing recruiting policies and processes in support of organizational staffing objectives. Furthermore you execute recruiting policies and processes to (pro-actively) source, attract, and hire the best suitable candidates for assigned positions.

Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden als Senior Corporate Recruiter (ENG)?

Your responsibilities will be:

  • you are the main point of contact for hiring managers for their specific discipline
  • you work closely with managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and create a recruiting strategy for each position.
  • you will also work with a few chosen agencies,
  • you implement recommended recruiting plan including use of suggested job sites,
  • you will regularly visit relevant events, optimizing your results,
  • you are screening resumes, pre-screening candidates by phone and make recommendations to hiring manager,
  • you are scheduling interviews, extending and negotiating offers,
  • your are also actively building and nurturing talent pool to create immediate pipelines for key roles,
  • you are aware of the developments on the labor market and you coordinate your actions accordingly.
Wat neem jij mee?
  • you have at least Bachelor’s degree
  • you have at least 5 years of experience as recruiter in an international environment
  • you are familiar with working in a corporate environment
  • you can work well under pressure and with deadlines
  • you work accurately and result-oriented, are very flexible and able to switch quickly
  • you are fluent in English and have perfect writing skills
  • you have a great sense of responsibility and you like to show initiative
  • you think along and can substantiate your ideas with good arguments
  • you have excellent communication skills
  • you like to work in a demanding and sometimes hectic environment
