Communication Employee, de functie

Astorium is looking for a result-oriented and independent Communication Employee for 38.5 hours per week for an international organization in the region of Amsterdam. This is a temporary job until the end of 2018, with the possibility of extension. Our client is a well-known fast growing organization that plays a major role in mobility.

As a Communication Officer you are responsible for coordinating the worldwide communication of a specific project because of a change in the organization.

Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden als Communication Specialist?
  • Develop and execute change & communication strategy and plan, with input from the ar
  • Develop, manage, and maintain the detailed project plan regarding change, communication and training
  • Manage the change, communication & training team
  • Support leadership alignment and identify potential change agents and manage them as a network
  • Plan and coordinate change & communication activities with other teams across the project structure
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and create stakeholder engagement plans
  • Assess change impacts and evaluate change readiness
  • Escalate issues that may impact the go-live date or key milestones to the PMO
  • Drive adoption activities beyond go-live
Wat neem jij mee?
  • You have a completed relevant WO or HBO study
  • You have experience with project-based work
  • You have gained 4-6 years of work experience within an international environment
  • You are familiar with working in a corporate environment
  • You are analytically very strong and you have a problem-solving institution
  • You want to deliver results
  • You work accurately and you can switch quickly and easily at an international level
  • You master English language very well
Waar ga je aan de slag?

Our client is an innovative and inspiring organization that puts its customers first. You are part of the HR department. The team consists of 14 colleagues who work in different divisions. You report directly to the Project Manager.

Wat is het aanbod voor de Communication Specialist?

Our customer offers you a full-time position for 38.5 hours per week. The salary depends on your knowledge and experience and falls between € 3500, - and € 4500, - based on a 40-hour working week. Our customer is characterized by her excellent terms of employment (27 vacation days, 3 ADV days, good pension scheme and a travel allowance). Our customer will offer you at first a contract for one year.
